GardenAura provides gardening and landscaping services for residential properties in Redding, California and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and service area restrictions.

Services include but are not limited to:

• Garden care and plant maintenance
• Landscape design and installation
• Tree and shrub trimming
• Seasonal cleanup and maintenance

Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is provided in estimates and may vary based on property size, condition, and specific requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Services are scheduled based on availability. We strive to provide service within the agreed timeframe, but delays may occur due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid potential fees.

Liability

GardenAura will take reasonable care when providing services, but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage to property not caused by our negligence.

Modifications

GardenAura reserves the right to modify services, pricing, or website content at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shasta County, California.
